Ski season was Utah’s 2nd-busiest

One day after Monday’s season finale at Snowbird, Ski Utah said the state’s 14 active resorts attracted 4.22 million skier-day visits during the 2010-11 winter. That is the second-highest total on record and represents a 4.23 percent increase over the previous winter (4.1 million). Utah’s record — 4.25 million — was set in the 2007-08 season.
