The Recession keeps Americans in Place

"Numbers of people moving are down; but most of those who did move still reside in the same county. Between 2009 and 2010, 37.5 million people in the U.S. moved at least once to new quarters. This amounts to 12.5 percent of all people 1 year of age or older."
