The report dated 28 March 2013 reflects our unemployment numbers for week-ending 16 March 2013. During this week, 1,638 initial claims were filed in Utah compared to 1,635 the prior week. The numbers listed below are based on the four-week moving average.
- 1,742 initial UI claims filed (increase of 9 from the prior week and decrease of 110 from same week in 2012).
- 20,917 continued UI weeks claimed (decrease of 695 from the prior week and decrease of 3,770 from same week in 2012).
- 4,308 continued EUC08 weeks claimed (decrease of 72 from the prior week and decrease of 7,395 from the same week in 2012).
