Targeted Employment Areas as Defined by the EB‐5 Investor Program

The Utah Department of Workforce Services is the state agency responsible for determining areas within Utah that qualify as USCIS “Targeted Employment Areas” relating to the USCIS EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, including the geographic or political subdivisions of non-rural areas within the state that may qualify as areas of high unemployment.
