Utah has a robust state student longitudinal data system, collecting on a wide range of student data. The Utah State Office of Education also uses the Comprehensive Administration of credentials for Teachers in Utah Schools (CACTUS) system, which maintains the licensure status of all individuals qualified to teach in Utah public schools. Using these sources and other collections, USOE reports on a wide range of data related to public education in the state.
Data collected also includes, accountability, adult education, special education and the ability for data
