The Box Elder County Economic Development Summit will be held August 20 at Utah State University Brigham City Campus. The summit will bring together local and state government, business, agricultural, industry, and private individuals. The primary goal of the summit will be to develop an action plan to stimulate job growth in Box Elder County. The secondary goal will be to educate participants regarding the process for creating job growth and the unique strengths and resources available locally. The Box Elder Economic Development Alliance will be created to further the goals of the summit and will be a collaborative partnership.
