The U.S. Census Bureau has just released information for computer and internet use at home for the U.S. (2010). Utah ranks second in the nation for both computers in the home and internet access. New Hampshire ranks number one in both categories. The survey indicates 90 percent of Utahns (over the age of three) have a computer available in their homes compared to 81 percent nationally. In addition, 86 percent of Utahns have home internet access—10 percentage points higher than the U.S. average of 76 percent.
The national tabulations include household and individual characteristics—school enrollment, age, race, gender, and ethnicity.
